Dan Herchenroether graduated from the Miami University School of Architecture (Ohio) where he learned the craft of building design, facility planning, and the art of hand drawing.  He also minored in the 3D arts, which included sculpture, wheel thrown pottery, and jewelry.  He attained his Masters of Architecture at Roger Williams University (Rhode Island) and spent 15 years at Northeast Collaborative Architects where he became Partner.

Dan founded Herkworks in 2016.  He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, is a Licensed Architect, is LEED Certified, and serves as architectural council for local non-profits.

Dan lives in Newport RI with his wife and 3 sons.
